The second recipe from Merrilees Deller to celebrate our collaboration with the incredibly versatile Delivita Wood Fired Oven, this time not a slow roast but using the intense searing heat that simply cannot be matched by a domestic oven to perfectly cook a Chateaubriand in minutes with a subtle wood smoke and served with a roasted baby gem and radish salad and charcoal flatbread. Pure luxury.
