Beef burgers x 4 - 150g each (600g total)
We know it's a long time coming but we're probably put more thought into our burgers than any other cut and we have tested 20+ blends of cuts and fats ratios to create burgers that as favoursome, juicy and have just the right amount of fall apart in the mouth.
100% grass fed beef and fat, with a hint of salt.
____________________________
All of our beef is 100% grass-fed without exception. Most of our producers are PFLA certified and many of them are using Holistic Planned Grazing techniques to put more carbon into the ground than the farms release meaning a net loss for the atmosphere.
The farmers we select from keep rare breeds that are best suited to the land they are farming. These breeds are chosen for their hardiness meaning they can thrive on pasture and be outside in all but the very worst of weather.
All of our beef is slower grown to achieve a deeper richer flavour that is linked to the land and the variety of herbs, grasses and wildflowers that the animals eat. We recommend trying the same cuts from different farms to see the difference that breed and diet can make. This really is the craft meat revolution.
Minimum order is £50. Orders from £50 to £85 will be subject to a £5.99 delivery charge. This is our launch offer which we have extended due to the current lockdown. Our regular shipping charge is £10.
Orders over £85 qualify for free shipping.
Orders are delivered 2 working days after being placed.
We do not offer a Monday delivery. All orders placed between 07:00 Friday and 07:00 Monday will be delivered on Tuesday.
From time to time delivery may take an addition day due to seasonal variations or volume. If you are ordering for a gift or a dinner party we advise to always allow an extra 24 hours. Your meat will stay chilled in our packaging - which allows meat to be in transit for 48 hours.
We do not ship outside of the UK.
______________________________
We will always aim to deliver your order within the delivery slot requested by you at the time you place your order.
If nobody is available at the primary delivery address (nominated by you at the time you place your order) to take delivery of the order, we will leave notification of the delivery instead either to the secondary delivery address or secure place (nominated by you at the time you place your order).
Our deliveries are made with “no signature required”. If your delivery is refused or not accepted at a recipients address, we can not take responsibility for this and can not offer a free replacement.

Events outside our control, for example, extreme weather conditions, may occasionally mean we are unable to deliver your goods at the time agreed. In these circumstances, we will contact you as early as possible to rearrange the delivery time. In such an event, our liability to you shall be limited to the price of the goods ordered and the cost of delivery.
Beef Sirloin Steak
Sirloin is taken from the middle of the back section of our grass-fed beef carcasses, from the opposite side of the spine to our fillet steak. With a high level of marbling, it’s a cut well-suited to sauces, packing a punch with a strong taste that will stand up to competing flavours. Beef sirloin is the ideal choice for fans of rib-eye, with an extra level of fat to crisp up in the pan for a sweet, buttery flavour.

Rump steak
A great all-rounder, rump steak is a little firmer in texture than other steaks such as rib-eye or sirloin, adding character to the cut. It has a little less intramuscular fat and lends itself well to grilling or barbecuing, with less risk of charring than other steaks. We cut our rump steaks across the whole rump muscle, meaning you will get a little of the cap, canon and tail in each steak.
Season to taste. or choose our Pre-Seasoned Rump Steaks with our very own Exotic Pepper mix which is the perfect blend of black peppers from Cambodia Vietnam and India giving a fruity zingy hit with a perfect warmth and earthy undertones complimented with Maldon Sea Salt, no other fillers or preservatives.

Bavette Steaks x2
Bavette is our budget steak: big on flavour, but easy on the pocket.
Bavette, also called Flank steak is a cut of beef taken from the abdominal muscles or lower chest of the steer. French butchers refer to it as bavette, which means "bib". Similarly, it is known in Brazil as fraldinha.
Ideally cooked on a white hot BBQ, lightly oiled with Mellow Yellow, this cut is best cooked very very hot, we mean white hot and quickly to be pink in the middle. It makes an incredible steak sandwich or slice nice and thin to top a steak salad.

Beef Fillet Medallions
Beef Fillet Medallions are cut from the same fillet as our steaks and will be cut into either 4 or 5 medallions as our butcher thinks best.

Chateaubriand
Auguste Escoffier named this specific cut of the tenderloin the Chateaubriand. This is possibly the most luxurious cut of beef available and can be roasted, BBQ cooked or reverse seared in a pan.
Our cut is approximately 600g and serves 3-4 people

'Cowboy cut' baby back ribs

Rump steak - 1kg Sharing size
A great all-rounder, rump steak is a little firmer in texture than other steaks such as rib-eye or sirloin, adding character to the cut. It has a little less intramuscular fat and lends itself well to grilling or barbecuing, with less risk of charring than other steaks. We cut our rump steaks across the whole rump muscle, meaning you will get a little bit of the cap, canon and tail in each steak. This 1kg steak is cut very big, we recommend cooking these large steaks whole on a grill or BBQ then resting cutting to serve, otherwise if you ,prefer you can cut these into more manageable individual steaks before cooking.

Flat Iron steak
Flat Iron goes by many names such as butlers' steak, feather blade steak or oyster blade steak and it is a cut of steak cut with the grain from the chuck or shoulder of the animal.
This steak is underrated and is incredibly tender and delicious, cook hot and fast and serve blushing pink.

Beef eye round
Eye round is a very lean cut from the hind leg, in the past unscrupulous butchers passed it off as fillet, it might be as lean as fillet but as the muscle has been doing a lot of work meaning although it looks very similar it is tougher.
This cut can be used as as simple roast and is often used to make bresaola or dried into biltong or jerky but our big secret is that it also makes an incredible tartare for a fraction of the cost of fillet.

Denver steak
An increasingly popular steak among meat connoisseurs, you'd never believe this cut comes from the chuck roll of a cow. A generally hard-working muscle group, chuck is more often used for slow roasting and braising; but when surgically seamed out into individual muscles it produces some excellent steaks, such as flat iron and the Denver steak, from the cap muscle.
Denver works excellently as a showpiece when grilled as a whole muscle, but works equally well when sliced into steaks. It is relatively tender, with nice beefy flavor, and tends to be pretty well marbled. It also takes a marinade very well and is a brilliant, economic option for the BBQ.
A very underrated cut, we highly recommend adding Denver to your steak rotation.

Beef rump roast
Rump roast is cut from the same primal that your rump steaks come from. It works as well as a roast as it does as a steak, with bags of flavour and a good natural covering of fat to baste the joint in flavour and keep it moist as it roasts in the oven. A fantastic alternative to the more common rib and topside roasts, try this for your next roast lunch!
