Our signature seasoning blend uses the finest ingredients from the north east coast of Scotland combining natural unrefined Blackthorn Sea Salt and wild harvested Kombu seaweed with our three pepper mix. The seaweed adds a mouthwatering umami richness without being at all fishy and helps enhance the taste of the already characterful and incredible beef.
Served in a synthetic skin, for all those who do not or cannot eat pork, this sausage is hand linked, simple and natural but far from basic, and is suitable for all uses, sandwiches, casseroles, fry ups or the BBQ.

Unsmoked Streaky Bacon - Artisanally Cured, Rind On
Streaky bacon comes from the pork belly. It has long alternating layers of fat and muscle running parallel to the rind.
Each loin of pork is hand rubbed with one of our unique bacon cures and left for one week before being matured for up to a month and then sent out as whole flitches or sliced and packed.
This version is simply cured and not smoked.

Oak Smoked Streaky Bacon - Artisanally Cured, Rind On
