Beef sirloin steak
Taken from the middle of the back section of our grass-fed beef carcasses our beef sirloin steaks are cut from the opposite side of the spine from our fillet steak. It’s a cut well suited to highly flavoured sauces, packing quite a strong flavour punch itself due to its high level of marbling. A beef sirloin steak is a great choice for those that like the character of rib-eye but like to have an extra layer of fat to crisp in the pan with a sweet buttery flavour.
All of our beef is 100% grass fed without exception. Most of our producers are PFLA certified and many of them are using Holistic Planned Grazing techniques to put more carbon into the ground than the farms release meaning a net loss for the atmosphere.
