Description

A richly flavoured roasting joint that rewards long, slow cooking.

Pork shoulder has generous natural fat and connective tissue which gradually break down during cooking, basting the meat and producing a deeply savoury flavour and beautifully tender texture.

Slow roast until soft and succulent, with a well-browned exterior, or cook for longer until the meat pulls apart effortlessly for serving in generous strands.

A versatile and full-flavoured pork joint for relaxed Christmas entertaining and larger gatherings.

We source our pork as carefully as we source all of our meats, in that we find animals that have had a natural life where possible also performing vital land management roles such as forest clearing.

The terms ‘free range’ and ‘outdoor reared’ do not have clear legal definitions and do not necessarily meet our requirements. 

We visit every farm we source from to ensure that the highest possible standards of welfare are used throughout the entire life of the animal.

To reduce environmental impact our minimum order value is £37.50 and we deliver to UK mainland addresses only.

Orders made from our Christmas range will be delivered between the 16th - 23rd December.

Our meat is never frozen. Your items will stay chilled in our packaging - which allows meat to be in transit for 48 hours.
