A full-flavoured and versatile steak, Rump Steak has a slightly firmer texture than rib eye or sirloin, giving the cut plenty of character.
Our steaks are cut across the whole rump muscle, bringing together the cap, canon and tail for a combination of textures and rich beef flavour. With less intramuscular fat than some other steak cuts, rump is particularly well suited to grilling or cooking in a hot pan.
Available plain or pre-seasoned with our Exotic Pepper mix, combining black peppers from Cambodia, Vietnam and India with Maldon Sea Salt for warmth, fruitiness and a gently earthy finish.
An excellent choice for relaxed Christmas entertaining, offering generous flavour and excellent value.
