Made on our farm in Devon using outdoor-reared pork raised by British farmers who provide the space, diet and time for their pigs to thrive.

Superb alone, but also perfect with cheese or as a pizza topping.

Ethically Sourced

Meat from animals raised on diverse pasture develops depth of flavour, better texture and more consistent quality.

This is carried through in how we cure and prepare our products, allowing the raw material to speak for itself.

Ingredients

Pork (136g of pork used per 100g of finished product), salt, fennel, caraway seeds, cloves, pepper, chilli powder, cinnamon, dextrose, garlic powder, spices, preservative: sodium nitrite.
