We source our chicken from one farm in Leicestershire. The farm is Pasture for Life certified and rears truly free range, outdoor birds.
"Barnsley chop" is named after the town of Barnsley, Yorkshire. Essentially a double loin lamb chop sliced from the saddle roast, it's a larger cut of that can be grilled or pan-fried.
Our classic pork sausage is just that, classic. Mildly seasoned and loved by the whole family. Perfect for a Sunday brunch fry up, a midweek casserole or a cheeky sausage sandwich at any time.
