The Club only uses steak from our UK based partner farms that practice Regenerative farming all sourced by Grassroots. Regenerative agriculture is the most climate friendly method of meat production. It increases biodiversity, improves soil fertility and helps lock carbon into the ground.
Both businesses have helped solve each others whole carcass usage problems. Honest use 75% of the carcass in their burger blend. We at The Ethical Butcher use the remaining steaks and age to perfection.

We're proud to collaborate with Honest Burger to bring you our Honest & Ethical steak range.
Honest burger is shifting the sourcing of its beef to regenerative farms through a collective called Grassroots Farming, a selection of farms who are operating individualised regenerative protocols to truly give back more than is being taken from the land they're farming on.
As honest burger do not include the steak cuts in their burgers we take these cuts, age them to 40 days and cut to order, we're consistently blown away by the quality of these steaks and they offer superb value for money.
