Ideal for curries or stews, our diced lamb cooks evenly with a fantastic depth of flavour and a good bite. Cut from the shoulder, any excess fat is painstakingly trimmed away before dicing into evely sized chunks. The life our pasture-fed sheep live means even cuts from the shoulder like our diced lamb can get away with a quick cook, such as kebabs being charred on the barbecue, as well as traditional slow-cooked curries and stews.

Our lamb is sourced from farms that practice Holistic Planned Grazing practices that help to regenerate the soil and remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere by farming in ways that cause biodiversity to increase and plants growth to increase making the soil more resilient to flooding and drought. Our lamb is always 100% pasture fed and are not given antibiotics or hormones.
