We believe this is a unique way to sell chicken as we balance the carcass.
Our butchers have broken down a single bird into breasts, legs, wings and carcass for you to be able to make 3 or even 4 completely different meals from one bird with minimum fuss and most importantly, nothing is wasted.
This pack includes:
Chicken breasts
We recommend seasoning with some gorgeous tarragon and a little organic olive oil to help the marinating process for a classic pairing that can be cooked in a few different ways. Either pan fray to sear and finish in the oven, or grill from scratch, perhaps finish with some full fat cream for a luxurious classic dish.
Chicken legs
Why not try these with a spicy, rich and utterly delicious chermoula spice. This robust seasoning combines spices such as toasted cumin, chilli, sumac and coriander.
Chicken wings
Cook these as you like or put them in the pot with the carcass to make an even richer broth
The carcass
We supply the carcass from the same bird that is broken down. Simply boil with the classic carrot, onion, celery, season to taste and add a few herbs if you wish, cook for 3 hours or so in a litre to 1.5 litres to make delicious collagen-rich stock or broth.
Weight
Minimum order is £37. Orders from £37 to £85 will be subject to a £5.99 delivery charge.
Orders over £85 qualify for free shipping.
Deliveries are available from Tuesday to Saturday of each week. When placing an order on our website, you will be able to select a delivery date using the date picking calendar at checkout and you can specify a date up to 8 weeks ahead.
If a delivery date is not specified, we will aim to dispatch your order on the next available date. If you place your order before 10pm, your order will generally be dispatched the next day, for delivery the day after e.g. if you place your order at 3pm on Monday, it will be dispatched Tuesday for delivery Wednesday. Orders placed after 10pm will be dispatched a day later e.g. if you place your order at 11pm on Monday, it will be dispatched Wednesday for delivery Thursday.
From time to time delivery may take an addition day due to seasonal variations or volume. If you are ordering for a gift or a dinner party we advise to always allow an extra 24 hours. Your meat will stay chilled in our packaging - which allows meat to be in transit for 48 hours.
We do not ship outside of the UK.
