These sauces have been a firm favourite at Ethical Butcher HQ since we discovered them. Hand made here in London, carefully fermented these sauces deliver complexity, flavour and punch way beyond non-fermented sauces you might have tried.
There are thousands of hot sauces available to buy, but only a handful have been through the fermentation process which gives addictive, satisfyingly savoury characteristics, complex flavours and rounded chilli heat. Although technically preserved after a month, we ferment and mature each batch of sauce for up to six months to ensure the amazing flavours that have won our range so many awards. Bio-live, vegan and totally addictive.
Ingredients: Fermented capsicums, raw organic cider vinegar, fermented Scotch bonnet chillies (15%), raw cane sugar, salt, onion, garlic.
Minimum order is £50. Orders from £50 to £85 will be subject to a £5.99 delivery charge. This is our launch offer which we have extended due to the current lockdown. Our regular shipping charge is £10.

Stream Farm Organic Apple Juice
We're loving this blend of three organically grown apple varieties to give the perfect balance of sweet and sharp.
From Stream Farm:
In 2007 we planted 928 apple trees to form an orchard on one of the South-facing hills of the farm. With five varieties – Bramley, Red Windsor, Red Devils, Egremont Russet, and Red Falstaff – we create our own unique blend of organic apple juice.
We harvested our first half-crop in 2010, which was a success. 2011 was another good year, followed by a bad year for orchards in the South West in 2012, leaving us with a harvest so small that pressing and bottling wasn’t worthwhile!
In 2021 our organic apple juice was awarded Gold at the Taste of the West awards.
All our apples are hand-picked by us with help from friends and family over one weekend, usually in late September. We use over 1kg of apples for each 750ml glass bottle, with absolutely no added sugars, water or concentrates. The juice is then pressed and hot pasteurised so it has a shelf-life of 2 years.
