Regeneratively-farmed British beef brisket, carefully cured and marinated in our own secret spice mix, then slowly cooked and lightly smoked.

A waft of smokiness, delicate spicing and a lick of salt gives a melt-in-the-mouth texture that leaves you wanting more! Delicious on its own or as the star in the Reuben sandwich.
