Description

A generously flavoured lamb joint, boned, rolled and traditionally tied by our butchers for even cooking and easy carving.

The shank is tunnel boned and the shoulder blade removed before the joint is carefully trimmed and rolled with enough natural fat to keep the lamb succulent as it cooks.

Ideal for slower roasting, the shoulder becomes beautifully tender while retaining the rich, distinctive flavour of the cut.

An excellent choice for Christmas entertaining and larger gatherings, combining the flavour of lamb shoulder with the convenience of a boneless, easy-to-carve joint.

Ethically Sourced

Produced in a regenerative agriculture system

Our lamb is sourced from farms that practice Holistic Planned Grazing practices that help to regenerate the soil and remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere by farming in ways that cause biodiversity to increase and plants growth to increase making the soil more resilient to flooding and drought. Our lamb is always 100% pasture fed and are not given antibiotics or hormones.
