Description

Our everyday beef mince has the perfect fat ratio for all manner of dishes, from chilli to lasagne, to cottage pie, and has a deep flavour that comes only from rare breed animals eating a diverse diet. We butcher all of the muscles from our grass-fed native breed cattle, immaculately trim them of any excess fat before giving them a double grind through a medium plate. The result? Tasty beef mince with enough character and bite to make even the simplest meal flavoursome and interesting.

Ethically Sourced

The Ethical Butcher champions regenerative farming - a compassionate approach that mimics natural cycles and gives back more to the land than it takes. We prioritise sourcing beef from farms that adopt regenerative farming practices, including holistic land management and rotational grazing techniques. This type of land management encourages diverse plant growth, sequesters carbon, improves soil health, boosts biodiversity, and allows animals to live and roam naturally. When necessary, we supplement our regenerative beef with high-welfare, grass-fed native breed beef from farms and cooperatives transitioning towards regenerative agriculture to support them through this process.
