The farmer

Anna Blumfield is the third generation to farm the land here and she is raising 100% pasture fed Sussex cattle. Anna is also a qualified sports nutrition therapist and each year has her meat lab tested for nutrition. She's a great believer in her animals receiving a natural diet and they require no human intervention.

The farm spans a large diverse area with some land used for pasture and other fields used to grow feed crops for the cattle such as kale and turnip tops, these help the cattle to receive a varied diet and produces incredible flavour.

Anna has her beef lab tested for nutrition to ensure her animals are on the best possible diet.
