Rich, fatty and marbled lamb breast is an old favourite. Low and slow cooking brings out its delicious gelatinous flavours. It’s the perfect cut to taste the variants between farms, as the flavours of the pasture are stored in the succulent fat, melting into the meat.This cut is pre-scored by our butcher to give you the choice of how to season it, we recommend taking your time with a bunch of rosemary and filling the gaps, then a little olive oil, salt and garlic, what could be better!

Our lamb is sourced from farms that practice Holistic Planned Grazing practices that help to regenerate the soil and remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere by farming in ways that cause biodiversity to increase and plants growth to increase making the soil more resilient to flooding and drought. Our lamb is always 100% pasture fed and are not given antibiotics or hormones.
