Cut from the fore of our grass-fed lamb (the shoulder, neck and front shank) our lamb mince is packed full of character and flavour. With just the right amount of fat, it’s versatile and delicious and lends itself well to homemade burgers, koftas and traditional family favourites. We give our lamb mince a coarse grind to keep much of the meat muscle integrity and to ensure each bite is interesting and ’meaty'.
Produced in a regenerative agriculture system
Our lamb is sourced from farms that practice Holistic Planned Grazing practices that help to regenerate the soil and remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere by farming in ways that cause biodiversity to increase and plants growth to increase making the soil more resilient to flooding and drought. Our lamb is always 100% pasture fed and are not given antibiotics or hormones.
