Christmas Lamb Cutlets

Description

A tender and delicate cut, Lamb Cutlets are taken from the best end of the loin and left on the bone with just enough natural fat for flavour and succulence.

Quick to cook and naturally tender, they need little more than simple seasoning and a few minutes in a hot pan or under the grill.

Their delicate texture and subtly sweet lamb flavour make them an excellent choice for Christmas entertaining, smaller gatherings or an alternative festive meal.

Ethically Sourced

Produced in a regenerative agriculture system

Our lamb is sourced from farms that practice Holistic Planned Grazing practices that help to regenerate the soil and remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere by farming in ways that cause biodiversity to increase and plants growth to increase making the soil more resilient to flooding and drought. Our lamb is always 100% pasture fed and are not given antibiotics or hormones.

Orders made from this Christmas range will be delivered between the 16th - 23rd December.
