Description

A full-flavoured British beef roasting joint, cut from the same primal as our rump steaks.

Naturally rich in flavour, the Rump Roast has a good covering of fat which bastes the beef as it cooks, helping to keep the meat succulent while developing a beautifully caramelised exterior.

An excellent alternative to the more traditional rib or topside, offering plenty of character and a generous beef flavour.

Expertly prepared by our butchers and ideal for a Christmas roast with all the trimmings.

The Ethical Butcher champions regenerative farming - a compassionate approach that mimics natural cycles and gives back more to the land than it takes. We prioritise sourcing beef from farms that adopt regenerative farming practices, including holistic land management and rotational grazing techniques. This type of land management encourages diverse plant growth, sequesters carbon, improves soil health, boosts biodiversity, and allows animals to live and roam naturally. When necessary, we supplement our regenerative beef with high-welfare, grass-fed native breed beef from farms and cooperatives transitioning towards regenerative agriculture to support them through this process.

Our meat is never frozen. Your items will stay chilled in our packaging - which allows meat to be in transit for 48 hours.
