Christmas Beef Fillet - Whole Trimmed

Description

The most prized and tender cut of British beef, Whole Fillet makes an exceptional centrepiece for the Christmas table.

Naturally lean and beautifully tender, the fillet is carefully trimmed and prepared by our butchers, ready to roast whole.

Its fine texture and rich flavour make it a luxurious alternative to a traditional roasting joint, particularly when cooked and served pink.

An elegant cut for a special Christmas gathering, combining exceptional tenderness, flavour and skilled butchery.

Ethically Sourced

The Ethical Butcher champions regenerative farming - a compassionate approach that mimics natural cycles and gives back more to the land than it takes. We prioritise sourcing beef from farms that adopt regenerative farming practices, including holistic land management and rotational grazing techniques. This type of land management encourages diverse plant growth, sequesters carbon, improves soil health, boosts biodiversity, and allows animals to live and roam naturally. When necessary, we supplement our regenerative beef with high-welfare, grass-fed native breed beef from farms and cooperatives transitioning towards regenerative agriculture to support them through this process.

Orders made from this Christmas range will be delivered between the 16th - 23rd December.
