Our pork frankfurters are so different to the hot dogs you find in jars, which typically contain 40% meat, triphosphate, nitrates and sulphites. None of that here! Just 95% British pork with a recipe of natural spices and a lick of smoke from beech wood.

Gluten free. Nitrate free. Free from artificial additives, emulsifiers or preservatives.

Made from outdoor-reared pork from British farms.

Cooking instructions

To release their full-on flavour, we recommend simmering in a pan with 1cm of water and a knob of butter, turning frequently until the water evaporates.
