More delicate in taste and texture than an Ox kidney lamb kidney can be cooked in many ways. The French style would be to saute with red wine, mushrooms, thyme and of course, lots of butter, or try the classic English devilled kidney for a traditional brunch or late night supper, either way they are packed with nutrition being high in B12 and Iron supporting a nose to tail approach in eating.

Our lamb is sourced from farms that practice Holistic Planned Grazing practices that help to regenerate the soil and remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere by farming in ways that cause biodiversity to increase and plants growth to increase making the soil more resilient to flooding and drought. Our lamb is always 100% pasture fed and are not given antibiotics or hormones.
