Rib eye steak
One of the most prized cuts of beef, the rib eye steak is succulent, fatty and bursting with flavour. The rib eye gets its name from the ‘eye’ in the middle of the steak, which melts and caramelises when cooked. It’s a decadent cut, matured naturally on the bone before being meticulously butchered, locking in the distinctive flavour of the breed and land.
All of our beef is 100% grass fed without exception. Most of our producers are PFLA certified and many of them are using Holistic Planned Grazing techniques to put more carbon into the ground than the farms release meaning a net loss for the atmosphere.
