Rib eye steak
Beef rib eye steak is deservedly one of the most prized cuts of beef. Rich, succulent and fatty, bursting with flavour and decadence. To maximise the distinctive flavour of each native breed and the individual characteristics of the land it has been grown our ribs of grass-fed beef are matured naturally on the bone before being meticulously butchered in to rib eye steaks. Its name derives from the ‘eye’ in the middle of the steak that melts and caramelises when cooked giving a rib eye steaks its distinctive flavour.
All of our beef is 100% grass fed without exception. Most of our producers are PFLA certified and many of them are using Holistic Planned Grazing techniques to put more carbon into the ground than the farms release meaning a net loss for the atmosphere.
