Butterflied lamb shoulder - Ras El Hanout
Our butterflied shoulder of lamb is boned and flattened before being seasoned with our incredible Ras El Hanout dry rub. Ras El Hanout in Arabic means 'top shelf' or the best of the shop and our blend is no exception, a complex aromatic mix of spices and herbs with the unmistakable fragrance of rose petals.
We have portioned the pieces into 600gm steaks for easy cooking and this is ideal for 2 adults. Quick cook on the BBQ and serve with fresh herbs and a squeeze of lemon.

Our lamb is sourced from farms that practice Holistic Planned Grazing practices that help to regenerate the soil and remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere by farming in ways that cause biodiversity to increase and plants growth to increase making the soil more resilient to flooding and drought. Our lamb is always 100% pasture fed and are not given antibiotics or hormones.
