Recognising one of our founders ethnic heritage we're rather proud of these Persian style kebabs. This recipe was developed exclusively for us and is seasoned with the finest grade Persian saffron that we import directly, blended in a yogurt based marinade with an exotic blend of Ras El Hanout spices which roughly translates as 'top of the shop'. This marinade is rich deep, perfumed and exotic. Serve grilled or cooked on the BBQ with couscous rice or flatbread and maybe a scattering of pomegranate seeds.
These kebabs are a mixture of breast and thigh meat from one of our carefully selected suppliers.
PLEASE NOTE: We supply these kebabs off the skewer with the sticks. Soak the sticks for 20 minutes in water before assembling and cooking. Ideally cook under a very hot grill or on a BBQ.

All of our chicken is properly free range, and we also do not source from farms that use ‘quick growing’ breeds meaning they are kept for at least twice as long to mature naturally. All our farms practice regenerative agriculture.
All of our chicken is kept in conditions that allow the birds to express their natural behaviour in a stress free high welfare environment, this gives a deep rich succulent flavour that is incomparable to conventionally raised birds.
