When our butcher suggested a new product we were intrigued... He takes one of our whole soy-free chickens expertly bones it, seasons with our Peri Peri rub then rolls ready to roast, we tried it, we can't get enough!
Cooking and serving couldn't be easier, simply roast at 180c for 45 - 60 minutes or until the internal temperature is at 70c using a meat thermometer, rest for at least 10 minutes then remove the net before carving, the meat is succulent and wonderfully seasoned with a bit of chilli kick.
