We do not offer a Monday delivery. All orders placed between 07:00 Friday and 07:00 Monday will be delivered on Tuesday.

From time to time delivery may take an addition day due to seasonal variations or volume. If you are ordering for a gift or a dinner party we advise to always allow an extra 24 hours. Your meat will stay chilled in our packaging - which allows meat to be in transit for 48 hours.

Tasty cheese made with cream from happy grass fed cows

What is most important to me is where the raw ingredients come from to make a food that I am going to eat. I want to promote good health and enjoy eating a variety of foods, including meat and cheese.

I also want the animals to be in good health and living in a way that is beneficial to the environment, ie grass fed, plenty of space to free range and in doing so, improve the land they are on.

This cheese is ethically produced and when I eat it, I am able to think positive thoughts about farming animals.

This cheese tastes of 'cow', not plastic! Wonderful, satisfying and nutritious.

As a walker, living in rural Lancashire, I am lucky to be able to enjoy seeing contented, well fed, cows and sheep grazing on pasture.

I know that cows (and other animals that graze) show their pleasure at being moved into fresh pasture. All animals we farm should be allowed to feel this pleasure.

A big 'thank you' to all hard working ethical farmers.
